In the double salt coloring process, the coloring power supply generally uses AC sine waves. Electrolytic coloring generally causes metal salt ions to be reduced and precipitated at the bottom of the oxide film in the negative cycle of AC, and various colors appear due to the light scattering effect of the deposits. The amount of metal deposited depends on the time of energization and the amount of energization. Therefore, the change of AC negative periodic waveforms has a direct effect on coloration. This kind of waveform can improve the coloring speed and it should be better understood. This is also a major feature of this product, but the more important point is that this type of waveform forms a background color that is better than that of a 1:1 sine wave. Be clear. In the customer's use, there is a clear difference between the same material with 1:1 wave coloration and 1:3 coloration. The color of 1:1 aluminum is somewhat dark, while the 1:3 background is clean and clear. This difference in color sensation is due to the fact that when the metal salt precipitates in the oxide pores, the precipitated crystals are denser and have stronger adhesion at a 1:3 waveform. Therefore, the color sensation is different from that of a conventional sine wave. In the use of the vertical oxidation line, it was found that the color difference between the upper and the lower material was significantly less than the 1:1 sine wave. It can also be indirectly explained that the effect of the 1:3 waveform on the formation of coloration is different from that of the 1;1 waveform.

The colored power supply can output DC, 1:1 AC (symmetric waveform), AC (1:2 or 1:3) continuous asymmetric waveforms.

Applicable to double salt and single salt coloring process, strong compatibility. It can meet the uniform production of light to dark materials.
